All products sold by MitchellVisuals are digital goods. As such, they are non-physical and are delivered electronically. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once course access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds after you have accessed or downloaded any course materials. This is because the content is immediately available upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
However, we want you to be happy. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your email address] and we will do our best to resolve it.
Personalised Anime-Style Artwork
Because each piece of personalised artwork is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
Revision process:
- You will receive a preview/draft before the final file is delivered.
- You are entitled to 1 Revision to ensure you are happy with the result.
- Revisions must be requested within 2 Days of receiving your preview.
- Revisions cover adjustments to the original brief — significant changes to the original request may incur an additional fee.
If we are unable to deliver your artwork, you will receive a full refund.
General
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe our policy is being abused.
